Terms of Sale

1. Seller

2. Placing an Order

A binding order is placed when the customer adds a product to the cart and completes checkout by paying. You will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional cases (e.g. stock exhausted or technical error), in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.

3. Prices

All prices include value-added tax (VAT). Delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice — the price is locked at the time of payment confirmation.

4. Payment Methods

We accept: online bank and card payments via Paytrail, Visa/Mastercard via Stripe, PayPal, and invoice. Payment details are processed securely by our payment providers — no card data is stored on our servers.

5. Delivery

Delivery time and costs are displayed at checkout before payment. Tracking information is sent by email once the order is confirmed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or force majeure events.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods (Finnish Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 6, Section 9). The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer or an authorised representative receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify us by email at hello@storefront.dataveli.com or use the withdrawal form below. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective.

After withdrawal we will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

7. Legal Warranty

In consumer transactions the seller is liable for product defects for two (2) years from delivery (Finnish Sale of Goods Act for Consumers, Section 5:13). If a defect is found, notify us within 2 months of discovering it.

8. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we will first attempt to resolve it by negotiation. Consumers have the right to refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). EU online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Finnish law.
